The choux was a little soft and I wouldn't put those flavors together in one pastry again, but being able to see selections from so many patisseries was great. 2 star rating Meh.I would rather just go to a favorite place (like Marletti, who is sometimes represented with one or two things), but sometimes it's too out of the way and this will satisfy a craving.I totally recommend checking this spot out if your in Paris and have a serious fetish for pastries.Every bite was heaven and the combination of flavors were amazing. We a chocolate tart and a grey vanilla mousse cake and both were amazing, especially the vanilla bean mousse cake.I love the concept and loved everything I've tried. ?It's like a really good tasting room for desserts. So five stars for the concept and three stars for the pastry I had equals four stars overall.
